Summer Staff Positions:
Summer positions run from May 27 - August 17,2025
Adventure Staff Lead
Leaders who oversee the Adventure Staff - must be at least 18 years old. They are required to live on site for the duration of the summer. The lead does everything the Adventures Staff do, but also has leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meeting with head staff daily to review the schedule, mentorship with other staff, growing in conflict management, facilitating recreation daily, filling gaps as needed.
Adventure Staff
A team who is between the ages of 14 to 25. Help serve and
facilitate the camps who come to Sunstream. Jobs range from facilitating recreation, to cleaning rooms after groups leave, to working in the kitchen or snack shack. Adventure Staff have the opportunity to grow with other staff, improving customer service skills and deepen their relationship with God, if they desire.
Kitchen Staff
16+ year olds who are interested in working in the kitchen only. Role could include: Preparing, cooking and/or serving food, cleaning the dining hall, working in the dish room.
Housekeeping Staff
A part time position, working 1 - 3 days a week, used primarily on “flip days” when a camp leaves and a new camp comes. Helping lead teams for cleaning dorm rooms, meeting spaces, etc.
Certified Recreation Staff
Local community members who want to work on a part time basis available spring through fall to facilitate recreation (Ziplines and Rockwall). Must be at least 18 years old. **Need to be available for a 3 days training the first week of June.
